Denyse Mesnik founded the company that bears her name in December 2015, following a 25-year career with Beasley Media Group, Inc. The Mesnik Group specializes in public relations, communications and marketing for the media, music and entertainment communities.

As Beasley’s Vice President of Corporate Communications, Denyse managed all aspects of the Company’s public relations and communications outreach. Under her guidance, Beasley’s corporate communications office grew into a vibrant department handling all external and internal messaging and relationships – including media, industry, employee and community – for a portfolio of 52 radio stations and 800+ employees in 12 markets nationwide. As Beasley’s public relations executive, she participated frequently in local, state and industry forums on the Company’s behalf. Denyse began her radio career with Beasley in 1990 as executive assistant to the Company’s Chairman and CEO George G. Beasley, was elevated to Director of Corporate Communications, serving as Beasley’s first communications executive, in 2000, named Vice President in 2010 and received Beasley’s prestigious CEO Award of Excellence in 2015.

A co-founder of the industry’s Radio Communicators Group, Denyse is an executive committee member of the Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio Group (MIW) and serves as a board member of the Florida Association of Broadcasters, the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Florida Sunshine District and the Naples, FL based PRSA Gulf Coast Chapter. She has, on numerous occasions, been recognized by Radio Ink magazine as one of the “Most Influential Women in Radio” and has participated on Communications Task Forces for the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB), iBiquity and HD Radio™. Denyse is a past member of the Radio Advertising Bureau (RAB) annual conference steering committee and a former NAB Conference speaker. She is a graduate of Emory University and attained her professional Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) in 2003.
